Notice of Public Hearing regarding the proposed issuance by The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Phoenix, Arizona of one or more series of its tax-exempt and/or taxable Project Revenue Bonds (Provident Group – Costa Isabela Properties LLC; Costa Isabela Conference Hotel Project), Series 2021, pursuant to a plan of finance in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $350,000,000 for the benefit of Provident Group – Costa Isabela Properties LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as borrower of the proceeds of the bonds, in order to finance and/or refinance a portion of the cost of the acquisition, design, construction, operation and equipping of a full-service convention center hotel, with approximately 356 rooms, meeting space and other amenities located on an approximate 30-acre parcel west of 396 Avenue Noel Estrada, Isabela, Puerto Rico.
