Notice of Public Hearing regarding the proposed issuance by The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Phoenix, Arizona of one or more series of its tax-exempt and/or taxable Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Residences at Falcon Park Project), pursuant to a plan of financing in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $25,000,000 for the benefit of Falcon Park, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, as borrower of the proceeds of the Bonds, in order to finance and/or refinance, as applicable, the acquisition, construction, improvement, equipping and/or operation of a qualified residential rental facility, and functionally related facilities, consisting of approximately 192 units situated on certain real property located at or near 1220 North 34th Avenue in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona.
