The Home in Five programs, Home in Five Advantage and Home in Five Platinum, help low- to moderate- income individuals and families buy a home in Maricopa county. Homebuyers receive assistance for down payment and closing costs, plus a loan with a competitive interest rate.
The Maricopa and Phoenix IDAs have provided down payment assistance since 2012 through the Home in Five Advantage Program. This program has helped approximately 24,800* homebuyers achieve the American Dream of homeownership.
