The Home in Five programs, Home in Five Advantage and Home in Five Platinum, help low- to moderate- income individuals and families buy a home in Maricopa county. Homebuyers receive assistance for down payment and closing costs, plus a loan with a competitive interest rate.
The Maricopa and Phoenix IDAs have provided down payment assistance since 2012 through the Home in Five Advantage Program. This program has helped more than25,000 homebuyers achieve the American Dream of homeownership.
