We are pleased to share our annual Impact Summary that highlights the collaborative work of the Phoenix IDA and PCDIC. Both organizations invest in underserved areas and jointly granted and loaned approximately $15 million to COVID-19 relief efforts last year.
Together, we plan to continue offering innovative financing solutions for projects that improve the community, specifically those located in economically challenged areas of Maricopa county.
