The Phoenix IDA provides grants to qualified nonprofit organizations serving Phoenix residents through its Community Development Fund. Since 2011, the Phoenix IDA has granted more than $6 million to community-focused efforts managed by the City of Phoenix and to nonprofit organizations.
Grant Awards
The Phoenix IDA and Phoenix Community Development & Investment Corporation, in partnership with the Arizona Community Foundation, are jointly providing grants to nonprofit organizations located within the city of Phoenix and Maricopa county. Funds are invested to support quality, strategic projects in four priority areas:
- Affordable Housing
- Economic/Community Development
- Health Innovation
- Youth & Family Development.
