Presentation, discussion, and possible action to amend Resolution No. 2022-08 adopted June 16, 2022, which granted final approval of the issuance of Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Residences at Falcon Park Project), Series 2022, to be issued in one or more tax-exempt and/or taxable series to increase the authorized aggregate principal amount of such Bonds from not to exceed $25,000,000 to not to exceed $30,000,000.
