Presentation, discussion, and possible action to amend preliminary approval of the issuance of multifamily housing revenue bonds, notes, or other obligations to be issued in one or more tax-exempt and/or taxable series to increase the aggregate principal amount to not exceed $34,000,000.
4. Real Estate Property. Presentation, discussion, and possible action to approve the purchase of real estate.
5. Education Session – Ethics and Conflict of Interest.
